Missing nameservers reported by parent FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers as nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent nameservers (see RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these nameservers are working. If they are not working ok, you may have problems!

This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).

You can see yourself how long it takes to reply the support ticket and I reply to him back on the 24/08/2018 (23:55) till now nothing has changed.
Please.... you yourself... please take a look and check support ticket #511545, #273102, #913058 and #749483 then you will know what is going on....
It has been too long since upgrade to VPS and it also long took so long for migration and now still problem has not been fixed..
Your support is not 24/7 and live chat support is not 24/7 and it very hard to communicate with the support if it totally depends on the support ticket.
You need a very good support team if you want your hosting company to grow.
So it is not my fault if I going to ask a refund if you can't fix the problem right?
So please fix the problem as soon as possible OK...
