Sometimes I can't connect to the test websites I have created using my domain name BOUGHT together with reseller hosting - 99.9% uptime is more like 60% uptime.
I'm very fed up and upset and also, they say it's SSD-powered or at least, hosted on servers with SSDs (solid-state drives), but the speed to load my test sites is absolute crap - really SLOW.
It may be cheap, but it's certainly not worth it (even WITH the discount)...
I'd rather you fix your problems than give me a full refund...
I have suffered a lot of downtime, so I hope you understand - time is money.
This is NOT the worst BSO. If they fix their uptime, I have no problems with them.
If x3host has refunded you, why are you still crying foul? No reason to, so don't bother...this bad-mouthing for no good reason is unethical.
Yes, they have issues, but all companies do, it's just a matter of how they choose to fix them and respond to their customers.
This forum thread doesn't need insults, it needs solutions. And you are not providing any. So zip it.
