I think you need to respect other people and let them manage their business as they want, Every hosting must have a maintenance,

Just because we told you to fix the issues with your websites because your vps is using high cpu, you need to stop it and try to contact our staff and submit a ticket, and I'm sure they will answer you at the time.

These people just take ur ip address and solve your problem for little time. Then they go offline and webserver again down. This is the common problem I face.

I don't know what you are talking about ? We asked him to provide his local ip address within his support ticket, so we can check if his ip got blocked with our CSF firewall or not ? Did you get it ?
What about my issues. What about regular hours of downtime i face daily. What about your wprst support. What about different tickets that remain pending for many days.

Both of your linux VPS Servers are working great,
Your shared hosting is working great

I've told you the downtime with your VPS Server is because your control panel that you are using is not great it has more exploits but you preferred it, We respect your choice,
You need to Re-Install the OS and install Webuzo or Centos web Panel Both control panel will be great choice for you!
the main server that you are hosted on it ( Doesn't have any downtime also our own websites are running inside a container from the same node you have a VPS Server with it ).
Monitor services will have a downtime because of the control panel you have is not working properly this is the reason of the downtime and not related to the downtime we have since 2 days for only 1 hour because of the log file size, and all fixed now.
Hope this explains what is going on with your linux vps server.
Also I think submitting a ticket will be great if you need a professional services from our staff, I'm sure the downtime is coming from your vps itself because of your control panel.
