My X3 Host Review:

Good
All the normal tools you will need, scripts, easy install (when service is up), ticket system, inexpensive.

Bad
I've been with them a month and noticed service down 3 different times.
Service is slow (tickets can take 12+ days for an update)
Problems don't always get resolved
Money Back Guarantee is Non-existent (asked quite a few times, squabbling ensued, no refund in sight.) Only lost $10, so not too big of a deal, but want to help my fellow BBHF'ers know my experience with this seller/hoster.

Verdict, it may be good for tester sites, but I would not put a "money site" on this host ever! If this ever changes I will update, but hard to see that happening for me, as honesty is very important as is service. But as always make your own choice based upon all the reviews.

Hi I send a ticket "Ticket #R3WO1".....but 8hrs already till now not it has not been reply and there is a button called "Chat Live with Expert Now" but when I click nothing happen. 8 hrs already or I need to wait 8 days then support will reply to my ticket.

Few hours back I purchased reseller account from u i.e. x3host.com.
It worked totally fine for few hours but after that it is down for more 2 hours (still down at time of posting this post)

For checking uptime of ur hosting, i registered account with "host-tracker(dot)com" and found that x3host.com has 100% uptime.

I was confused. After that I open my Firefox browser and used VPN for changing my IP address.
After changing IP address, I was able to access x3host.com and my hosted sites.

I was SURPRISED !!!
