Dude do you even read the support threads ? I'm crying for help from past 5 days . cloudflare is not communicating with the server and is showing a 524 error. That means origin server has an issue.

You can call me lair later first go and check support ticket and resolve the issue.

Tell me what proof you want and I'll post it .. Do you want the mails I had with cloudflare or the screenshots of your support thread ?

All I'm asking every time is to resolve issues that face with the servers and you answer there is no downtime (a single line reply)

Try to resolve customer issue dude. I'm not against your business I'm with the server from i think 1.5 years and I faced numerous problems with the hosting, but i dint complain openly and always Pm'ed you for help.

But the last nail on the coffin was your support guys reply, with out reading the issues that is running from 5 days he just said every thing looks fine to him.

I've answer my clients when there sites are continuously down. I've shared the login details of cloudflare as you asked but the support did not even check that.

Let me explain my issue again your hosting server is taking very long to communicate with cloudflare and due to this cloudflare is throwing a 524 error.

If you understand the issue please resolve it .. if not stop name calling

Even now I'm facing the issue if I activate cloudflare, atleast now can you check if you are blocking cloudflare in firewall or the reason for the error with cloudflare. I've even shared the article about error 524 with the support but they did not even read it .. Please resolve the issue

I'm sorry if you have faced any bad experiences with us, But our servers have a 100% Uptime since along time also our support is answering the tickets fast all the time,

I don't know if you are talking about another web hosting or something else ?!


If any one have an issues , You can submit a ticket and let us know , We will help you to fix the issues with your website,

Our support staff even help you to install your wordpress site or install a simple plugin for you , If you don't know how to install it . Happydance

problems from start bud asked for refund never got it then you said all was ok so went again yet you still charged for month I never used and then a vps with one CPU that was down numerous times per day nearly every day so all customers complaining constantly notified you and support and was being told getting sorted out while we were conversing but still constant requests for payments for failing VPS server then without warning you disconnect, You do not supply what is ordered, you expect to be paid for a failing service and you supply one CPU instead of four as discussed in our correspondence, copies can be posted if you wish, and then whilst we are conversing you disconnect server, and go back on what is promised. Not very good at all bud.

Ok let;s try as per discussion how we go then

No update on the ticket, its been 3 days since I received a response.
Getting "Error establishing a database connection" on my sites. When I try to go to x3host.com to try to open a ticket, the x3host.com site also get the same error message too. Your site is down.

Can i've your server ip to check this for you ?

Please send me your server IP and i'm sure we can check this from our side and check how many cores you can get with the server you ordered from us.
