But the phoenix location was under maintenance today because of the previous issues we posted with our previous comment,

Many companies around the world are doing the maintenance twice monthly we haven't made any maintenance before just one time before 6 months.

I'm sorry for the issues but i'm sure all websites are running fast and great now.

NO!! Your uptime is NOT 99.9%. BS! I've been regularly trying to access my websites under your hosting and more often than not, I get Page Cannot Be Displayed.

You are a business entity, not some children's kindergarten. Fix your issues and get better servers or we will report you to BBHF to be BANNED...

And not 'ONE of our clients complained about our uptime before?' Have you seen how many clients in this thread are complaining about your lousy uptime?!?

We are a web hosting company not only a one person , We have many servers in many locations,

All web hosting companies should run at least a maintenance every 3 months we haven't did that because we care about our clients and their uptime ,

And as you can see when something wrong happened now , you need to report our BSO thread because something is our of our control ,

You should thank our staff because they got the server back in short time, after an accident reboot.

Anyway please setup a monitoring website to look into your website uptime this will be better for us and for you to trust on our services and uptime.

Or you can wait until we create our own uptime company this week and give you a premium account for free to follow up your websites uptime

Have you ever given thought that some people use your hosting to host businesses and not just some ordinary portfolio website? Maybe it should read, 99.9% downtime.

We have many clients hosted in another location they didn't affected with this necessary maintenance , I'm sure most of our clients are happy with us including you,

The phoenix location is great that's why we didn't made any maintenance on it, But we did yesterday,

Anyway we appreciate your kind words , and make sure what we do here is to provide the best performance and security for our clients,

in the 1.5 month i have the reseller hosting i already noticed myself NotWorking over 15 hours of downtime...

i asked my money back via paypal
