A good hosting service will have live chat which x3host doesn't. I'm still waiting for a reply after 5 days. This guy takes your money and runs. Be warned. We have had several complaints at our office. He is currently being investigated.

Here is another review I found online:

Got a KVM VPS from them and now it is already 20 days offline. I started talking to support before more than one week and they do not seem to be concerned. Told me 2+ times to check again if VPS works just to see it is offline, no ping. Now i even do not see a VPS under SolusVM which is a host node control panel.

One month passed. still no service... their support is absolutely pathetic, closed my ticket three times without response. I advise you to start delivering the service or providing refund. I expect you being fair and open in the ticket communication and that mean you explain situation and either deliver service in couple of days or offer a refund.

I have not used worse service provider. Only fraud is worse.

I have been numerous months with this S***** provider. I ordered a VPS, but it was more down than up and they 4 times deleted my VPS without letting me know. I always have to contact them just to discover this and the support is very R*******, it seems they want to waste as much time of you as possible, they rather ask several times than bothering to discover that themselves (and it happens while you are unable to use your service. Ofcourse there is even several days between support ticket responses and numerous times they have been closing my tickets without responses. This service is a disaster and it is not worth anyones time even if they offer 75% discount.

I signed up for the unlimited reseller plan 5 days ago and it took them 4 days to register the 'free' domain offered. Then I find out that my domain is actually registered to a "Kareem A.Samir" in Egypt (no, I'm not Mr Samir...). Plus, they told me I would get a free, legit copy of whmcs which is hard to believe because the software subscription is way more than what they charge me monthly... Stay away from these guys

Regarding The reviews you are posting here, In Fact : it's coming from one member here that was posting spam comments here and we already explained in more than one occasions that these reviews is not true, You can check all ( Reviews recently posted by many of BBHF members here )
