my tickets are not answered and problems not solved for months! Solve them finally and answer!

My reseller account is still down and sites hosted under my account is still suspended. For two weeks now. U guys are not doing anything about it. Am under pressure from my clients.

What is really going on?
Report them to admin, don't waste you time and money with these guys ,they will ruin your business Reputation

And we can't help fixing Spamcop issues here in public , If you want a help then you should act professional and submit a ticket ,

If you have a hosting account (anywhere) you are not going to post the same in public as there is no one will help you until you reach to them officially to get a help !

We have thousands running their own Business Websites without no issues!

How do i contact support, when i cant login the client area, reseller whm or even cpanel.

u guys are really frustrating my business. i didnt get any support email from u.

i have seen ur email in my spam folder, i have also responded to the spam form. kindly reactivate my account and all sites.

also, what site and script is reporting spam?
I am experiencing ugly difficulties on a new Wordpress site created on my x3 hosting account. Please HELP!
I cannot Upload and install Wordpress Themes and Plugins into my hosting account!!!

1) First, when I try to upload a theme to my Wordpress site via dashboard, a incomplete message tells me that:
"The link you followed has expired. Please try again."
Maybe it has to do with the max. size of upload a file?

2) When I try to upload a Plugin, I´ve got this ERROR message many times:
"Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"
What seems to be the problem? Folder Permissions?

Please help me ASAP on these 2 issues that I didn´t had when I´ve installed previous WP on my different other sites. Maybe something has changed on the new WP installs by Softaculous or maybe with your hosting paramether, I really don´t know I am VERY CONCERNED because I have to finish and upload a Wordpress site for a client TODAY!

PS I really hope that in the future you can have a chat Support for emergency cases like mine...
