You got your full refund after being bad and ridiculous with our staff with insulting and bad comments, Our staff tried many times to explain for you how our CSF is working , But instead of saying " Thanks for their efforts " , Unfortunately You don't know any thing yet about " How to manage a simple website " This is not the problem ,,
The problem is " We have tried to help you many times" But you finally want to post your bad words with the posts, And after we rejected you to join our hosting again you are trying to be ridiculous!!! ( After sending full refund you don't have any word here to say ) Funny.

Some Important Points you need to read it carefully here , Because we don't have time for you.
1- You got you refund,
2- We can't accept any orders from you in the future,
3- If you are care about our servers and what happened yesterday, I want to let you know that we have transferred about 1878 Domain name to another Dedicated Server, And all websites are running now so fast, If you need to get a prof, I can send you an example from our company ( If this is really important for you ), But i'm sure you don't care about anything Our company,or clients just you need to show something bad about us, Many clients answered here at you , But you don't have any thing to say just BLA BLA BLA.
4- Nothing here, Just to remember you with the point number 1. and ofcourse i should report your posts to the mods here because you are trying now to spam our BSO thread, and other members that haven't tried us anymore want to share their bad opinions here, Well ( But we will go forward and achieve our goal and make our success ).

500% improvement in response time after server update:
1-
We Have transferred all websites from the old server to another new server, with more performance and stability.
2-
All websites got fixed and we have now a Daily / Weekly / Monthly Backups Like before for all Clients Websites.
3-
Our New Server have a great ram , CPU and IO now all of our clients can surf their content fast without any issues,
4-
We have added more IP's And clean IPs for Emailing and SEO purpose.

Ofcourse our clients with the New York locating hasn't affected with these changes only the clients hosted with our phoenix location , and we understand your situation about this migration ( We have posted here about it many times ) and we have migrated all websites successfully from the old server to another server with more resources. ( We care about your websites ).
Most of web hosting companies are running the maintenance or migration every 3 or 4 months we haven't did anytime with this server just the only few days . But now i'm sure everything is fine and great. Thanks for all clients for their support we appreciate it.

Well, I will have to beg to differ with your claims freeblackhat. Both my websites got hacked. only 1 website is online with the hacked message. But the other website is still giving - Server Not Found. Worst worst experience in entire online career. I have always been supportive and patience with you. I'm sure you can't deny that. But I'm realy very dissapointed with this hosting.
