Yeah .. I just logged into WHM for my X3 Host account and guess what I was greeted with.

CPANEL LICENSE ACTIVATION - Cannot Read License File
To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.

If you do not currently own a license, register at the cPanel Store and request a trial license in the Free Services section.

You can purchase or lease a license directly from cPanel, or from one of our Partners.

After you successfully activate the license, reload the page and the message will no longer display.

You are totally wrong here, I m using sentora panel and you blame that panel everytime.

For your kind information I am using the same panel on ten of my other vps service. No one has any kind of problem. No one has any downtime at all.

Only your server has downtime.

This is the lagging point of your company that instead of finding the root cause you people always blame others.

Also, what about downtime of shared hosting. In the shared hosting the panel is cpanel and that is totally configured by you. This hosting also has daily downtime. Now will you say that Cpanel is also bad.

Yup, dumb, LAME excuses. Keep em' coming, Mr. Irresponsible.

Domains hosted on my alpha ($ 70) year reseller account, they fall every now and then downstairs, never have the live chat open, my customers pissed ,. I'm going to request a refund.
They always use excuses and it seems like a game of pinpon, you have to make 10 requests and they are a cheat, the worst host service.
You can go to https://uptimerobot.com and get free account for 50 domains,
You will see that from time to time your pages are down, I have pages that on another server took 3 seconds to load and now it is up to 20.
We are rebooting our Phoenix location for only 5 Minutes for important security and updates,

Another update, Our main node takes only 3 minutes to reboot, all vps servers now are working great.

Can you please provide these information as you are talking like a client that have a services with us?

When you can order a service with us and pay like other clients then we will answer you, End of text .
Within 12 hours their server has good amount of Downtime.

This website is running on 16GB RAM VPS and has only 4-5% CPU usage and very less RAM usage.

@X3Host for your kind information this server is configured totally by you and it has "Webuzo" panel that too was configured by you. So this time don't blame on control panels.

Their support and their services are clear to everyone. They dont listen to problem. Their staff always blame on Control Panels, your PC firewall, your configuration. According to them they are always right and their server are ........anyways

Please don't get scammed by them. Buy VPS/Shared Hosting from reputed companies like Digital Ocean, Linode, Amazon etc.

I've double checked your request,
As i can see all of your websites and the clients ones were pointed to the hostgator ips and it shows as suspended, you need to point all of your websites to our servers IPS.
