We have refunded all clients that already meet the " 30 days money back guarantee " If you don't meet it then we can't refund.
This rule most of web hosting companies follow it , to protect their services from being abused. If you are right then most of webhosting companies if doesn't make a refund for a client that doesn't make the 30 days money back guarantee " Then they are scam too.
Add to this list :
Godaddy,
bluehost
hostgator
etc ...
If you feel that you still have the right to get your refund , Please contact us at: sales@x3host.com with the prof and we will help you to get your money back.
Thanks.
You can not compare with any of the companies you mentioned. In my case you kept the hosting running for the first 30 days and after this period everything was a disaster.
Here are the reason why i think you are a scam:
1. A reputable webhosting company is responsible to keep the server up and running 99% of the time. My website has been down 99% the time because of terribly poor servers.
2. Any reputable webhosting company would promise a good technical support team to answer questions and at least apologize for server problems. Your support team stinks. They never apologized no matter that servers were down. They were completely unqualified to answer simple questions, super slow in communication and with very poor English skills.
I am convinced you are scam that is making anything possible to scam other member's money to provide services you are not able to keep. I am sorry I will not allow you to scam other members and I will keep writing whenever I see you in my feeds.
Scam mean stealing your money , Or if you request a money back during the 30 days rule and we refuse,
We are not comparing our web hosting , but we are telling you that every web hosting has the " 30 days money back guarantee " and if you posted online about godaddy, Many people will stand with godaddy.
For the downtime you mentioned, The downtime happened only with our New York location that stated with this ip: 96.9.241.179.
And on this location we were have issues with our DC, So we have contacted the DC several times and they fixed it finally these days. And there was a few clients hosted there,
About you, You were hosted on our phoenix location ( There is not single downtime there ) I'm sure 100% percent from this.
If there is a downtime in one location this doesn't mean that all 7 locations we have " is not working too " ..!!
This is not really good to use our hosting services for months and when you want to leave, You start to insult us and say there are a 99.9% down time.
You are a respected member in bbhf and what you are saying is not true at all ...!!!
We don't have any downtime with other the 6 locations and the NY City server has been fixed these day " and you were not hosted on it "
That's all and i think these rules are exist on all web hosting companies.
We are not creating a new rules , These rules is know in every place.
I'm sorry for this but you are not qualified to get a refund because of our refund rules, ...
Thanks again and hope you understand our situation.

1.
If a customer asked for a refund DURING his 30 or 60 day period (both are mentioned here...very confusing !!) and did not get that refund - he is right to complain and the provider SHOULD refund him even years later - if the user is able to show a receipt as well as when the refund was requested.
This is just good business practice and serves to ease those who are angry at past mistakes and/or oversights.
2.
This:
Quote:Also you can get a free trial before the purchase for 30 days.
Is a very good option IF it may be used without obligation or charge AND if it comes with free domain reg. - that the provider allows it to be transferred away should the user be unhappy with the services.
I routinely do try alternative providers of low cost hosting because some actually do turn out to be very, very good.
There is one like that which I tried years ago, managed from outside the US but with servers in the US - and I have been with them ever since with very good results.
Hosting providers have a very demanding and time consuming work just to keep their services running well 24/7/365 - and those starting out always make mistakes in their learning times...so it is good to give them a test and a chance to get things right IMO.
This provider may be in such a place - having learned from his mistakes and fixed things.
(Or not ?!?)
I will continue to watch this thread with great interest - just to see what may be posted by CURRENT users of this service (as opposed to past users who remain offended).

I agree with you 100% .
Also answered your p.m about your questions.
Thanks.
