Read through the whole 250 + pages and you can see more than half will say this service is crap and the Op keeps saying everything is fine and it is running superbly but clients tell a different story.

I want to leave my feedback about this service but i can't because i still didn't use it, i bought the reseller hosting about a month ago and i asked the support to enable the php selector extensions for me in the first seven days they will reply withing a day but when you pass this time they will be answering to your question in five days or more, about a month from now they still not enabled for me what i ask for they always replying to me with something that i didn't ask for, the support is really really terrible, i hope to improve it.

The hosting: ?/10 (I didn't use it i still waiting the support)
The support: 2/10

All of your tickets has been answered earlier , We have an active support staff , But you need to wait for some cases to get your questions answered .

Since a long time we have a 100% uptime. So try your tricks in another place. or take sometime to read our recently great reviews from real client's so we can't hear your words again, you are no longer a client with us since along time and don't have any services so you don't have the right to judge us..
