Hey Micheal, please resolve the ticket #567403 issue. Also, I can now only a few themes via access, how do we acquire a theme we want?

You're on the premium area, Yes we still have a few themes but we are still adding another few themes.

We are rebooting the phoenix location we will update you once it's completed.

I think we have to consider this factor.
If the main site down, x3host will lose business and we also lose business.
No one willing to see this happens.
This is not like only our sites down, the main site is up.
I did not know what would be the additional issue in the coming future since x3 created the membership to access, download etc, all in the same basket.

So, here is the point and that the point is "We are in the same boat", either floating or sink.

Custom nameservers is a brand name for your business.

It's like:

Ns1.x3host.com
ns2.x3host.com
