Guys, as a reseller, do you accept a ticket to be replied after 7 to 8 hours?
Can you handle a customer issue with that long time of waiting for a solution which you need it at immediate?
Then, after the ticket replied, they said no issue.
The question is, do you have a chance to reply to your customer on time before they replied to your ticket?
Do you think the above is important?
Not to say you, a reseller, as a customer, I believe you cannot accept at all, am I right?
What is your view?
Let the owner knows how so important is a ticket reply asap, please share your view.

Please check your tickets again you will see most of the time our answers is after 1 or 2 minute , Ok there is sometime we could answer after along time if we have a high volume of tickets,
That's normal in every where and i know some of our client's told us that the rate of our answers is better than some hosting companies.
Anyway, We are working hard to make all client's have a great service with us, As the services don't have issues until now we don't have a zero downtime except the maintenance or the migration we did for one server we don't receive many tickets these days. That's why you may have a slow answer there.
And we also are working to improve the support center all the time,
