There's no significant progress until now. I still can't use the hostings

Is there anyone responding to support ticket? I open a ticket #277068 because of unable to login to my hosting but no response.

he is not replying to any support ticket
I m creating support ticket 2 weeks ago but not get reply also he is not reply to PMS.
what is happening ?

You might want to check you email inbox and spam box..

I was on the UK server too and discovered that my account (Master Reseller) have been moved to another server.

The email was in my spam box.

Email was sent after the move. No email was sent before the move.

Maybe they moved your account too?

Want to try open new ticket, but forgot my password Detail, I just click on forgot password but no email at all to my inbox regarding on how to change my password.

The detail email was also have different ip, the address was sent to me is
9x.9.2xx.179 but once I login to whm the account was Pontes to another ip which is not same.
