Our support answers is not here at BBHF forums, We have a support center, We can't see any tickets from you there... If you see a delay with our answers this is because of the Christmas holidays ! And we answer in different times, For now We don't have any pending tickets.

Which ticketing area are you looking at?

I submitted my tickets days ago.. no responses at all till today..

My reseller site is still not accessible since the day you move it to the LA host.

The only reseller hosting where my account have had to be moved to at least 3 different servers already.

How much longer do you need to get your act together?

+1 here as well. Lots of promises but havent got it running yet. Not sure why they lie and say no pending tickets etc when clearly they have a lot more work to do. Ask them for a refund and they say its being setup now.

friends, run away from this host, it works very badly and slowly I had a site to them simple and it goes very hard, and for two weeks I can not go into the cpanel I sent the ticket and they said they would look and did not solve nothing, and when I checked why cpanel does not work they did not pay for it, you do not give money for the for a service, so bad AngryAngry:angry:hitfaceHitfaceAngry
