I bought windows VPS from them and after few minutes of work it automatically shut downs.
Already submitted tickets but their staff is always offline or they reply after a lot of days.
Even I am unable to give start/stop command from their provided Virtualizor.

i get MAD when my website is 5 minutes down, talk more of a week, the worst hosting in history
According to their ticket system my Windows VPS problem is solved. But as I tried now it is still as it is.
Proof:
X3Host is not finding the root cause of this. They just reply with wrong info.
If I give command of Bootup to my VPS it shows error:

As we all know - because FleaBagHead keeps telling us - I don't have an account with X3Host.
OK. If you say so, son.
So, when I opened my X3Host account - which, of course, I don't have - I didn't receive the standard new account email with login details, server information, etc.
Hilariously, I found it in my spam folder:

That's just the sort of start you want when you sign up with a new host. And it's ironic, given that FleaBagHead calls me a spammer.
Anyway, I eventually got in and thought I'd throw up a WordPress site for shits and giggles. I have installed WordPress hundreds of times using Softaculous and Fantastico (when I don't do a manual installation) but I have never known a one-click installation as slow as with X3Host. I wasn't expecting anything different, so it's no biggie - but that Softaculous progress bar took forever to get to 100%.
Eventually the site installed. So I immediately set an Uptime Robot monitor on it.
Within ONE HOUR of installation, my site experienced an outage. 11 minutes and 40 seconds of downtime:

While uptime hasn't been quite as bad as I'd expected, there's only been one day on which Uptime Robot hasn't had to email me at least once. About half of the outages are fairly short (ie 1-2 minutes); the others are more substantial.
I thought I'd conduct a little speed test.
I went to my X3Host site and installed a lightweight WordPress theme - Independent Publisher, the zip is only 466kb. The only plugin running on the site was the Loginizer plugin that I installed via Softaculous. No cacheing - just a barebones install. And then I ran a GTMetrix test on the home page.
Let's be fair: a 1.3-second load time for a WordPress page on shared hosting isn't bad. Admittedly the home page as served up by X3Host was only 221kb in size, so it wasn't putting much strain on the server, but still it's not terrible. But a C on PageSpeed (79%) and a D on YSlow (65%), though: that's not so great.
And then, borrowing some family and friends' hosting accounts, I replicated the exact same setup on five other shared hosts.
- SiteGround - 1.3 seconds; page size 88.7kb; PageSpeed A (97%), YSlow C (76%)
- A2 Hosting - 2.9 seconds (!); page size 82kb; PageSpeed A (98%); YSlow C (75%)
- Lifetime.Hosting - 1.0 seconds; page size 90.9kb; PageSpeed A (98%); YSlow C (79%)
- Shape Host - 1.2 seconds; page size 220kb; PageSpeed C (79%); YSlow D (67%)
- WebHostFace (Asia server) - 2.0 seconds; page size 220kb; PageSpeed B (85%); YSlow D (67%)
(Screenshots of results below.)
I was surprised that Lifetime.Hosting performed so well but I've since learned that they are Canadian so their servers were probably closest to GTMetrix.
So, basically, X3Host came sixth out of six.
I am not editorialising. I will let the results speak for themselves.
And I'm sure FleaBagHead will be able to explain why these results are flawed, while continuing to maintain that I don't have an X3Host account and assuring us all that his offers are available for a limited time.

Thankyou for updating....
I advice all the BBHF members to keep away from X3Host. Along with the above result their communication their support their commitments ... everything is very poor and non-genuine.
