@FreeBlackHat new ticket opened, nameserver issues #456789, nameservers provided not working and account says object not found error, other problem still existing:master reseller account plugins issues - #373905 . So basically I haven;t been able to use account since purchase because of all these issues, can you just please once and for all fix everything on my account when you check it? it's been so many days now and it's just all problems. I just want a normal working and usable master reseller account. is that too much to ask?

1) Domain still not working almost a week after I made my purchase.

2) Name servers not working (tried changing name servers to my own so I could point domain to my other hosting account)

3) Master reseller account still not working. Plugin to create resellers accounts not installed on WHM panel.

I only get promises from your support that "he will look into issues" and I was told twice that plugin has been installed.

I was also told by your support that domain was registered.

You are not replying to my Pm's anymore and support is not updating my tickets any more.

Please stop with the lies and get my account sorted out or issue me with a refund.
The level of support and service delivery from you is not acceptable at all.

I thought I was the only one having all these problems, we basically have the same issues after purchasing master reseller account, I hope all issues gets resolved soon or just give us a refund since we can't do anything with a non-working master reseller account, totally useless.

Bought a reseller account. The best part is just 25$ a year on recurring basis with SSL certificate....That's insane! Very polite, quick and helpful support. Highly recommended for anyone looking forward to invest in this type of service.

I checked my profile 2 minutes ago and....

Still no reply on my open tickets.

Domain is still not registered.
It shows "Object not found" when I click on "mange domain"

Zamfoo plugin installation?
Master resellers account is useless without it as I cannot create any resellers accounts without the plugin.

Support keep saying it will be installed and sometimes support saying that plugin has been installed.

It's still NOT installed and therefore my master resellers account is useless.

The domain name you are referring to is working great from my side, We are going to add all domains registered on Alpha , Master packages to add them to the Zamfoo Plugin now so they can create resellers.

We updated the tickets too.
