I am trying to get a refund from the seller but the seller has stopped responding and the website has stopped working.

Escalated to Paypal dispute after asking for the refund multiple times.

I am trying to be civil - he asked me for my details so I believe we are making progress but since then zero communication.

Hopefully it just an oversight on his part but I will update you on how it turns out. Hopefully he is a great guy and will
do the right thing.

I'm in the same situation here he ruin all my websites that i want to transfer to them and now i can't get my money back!!!

maybe someone will see what this guy is doing on this forum !!!!!!!!!!!!
The situation has changed a little with X3Host now.
Main site and client area are currently reachable; my domain there is also working fine - but that is all I can do because the type of account is messed up somehow.

I have their 'Unlimited Reseller' deal - which naturally means I can add users and create accounts as a reseller, BUT:
WHM remains as an oddly stripped down version showing no abilities to create accounts.
There isn't even the option to add a package.
(This is NOT how reseller hosting is supposed to work at all.)

Further, their ticket system will not accept any data entry and their chat system shows them 'offline' right now.

The domain which came with the hosting is obviously registered with their credentials (rather than mine) as I have no control over it and even if I wanted to transfer it away from this service I cannot as I have no access to the EPP code for it.

This all seems very odd to me, and worst of all are the reports that the seller is not responding.

The OP's info here shows he was last here a bit over a day ago, so now I am curious to see how this all pans out - does he come around and fix things for folks, or ????!

EPP code be requested from our support staff, you can get it only when you request it!

As we are dealing with thousands of clients with registering free domain names with the packages, .

Any way if you can't see the WHM options right please send me a pm with your website and i'll fix it for you. It's easy to fix.

PS: Our web hosting was working great but the change of the dedicated ip of our main web hosting take more time for propagation .

Also the other 7 locations was working great and the change of the dedicated ip affected only our main company for a couple of minutes.

No you are not on the same situation,

Your Paypal account has got limited,

We don't have issue with refunding you,

I'll refund your money to the account you have paid from it.

This is our tos, ( Refunds can only be issues to the same account you have paid from it ! )

The domain name transfer has been completed the other are in their way.

You can contact godaddy if you can't un lock the domain name for the transfer !

This is not our issue, and we are not dealing to fix the issues with other providers, We can only help if you have issues with us!

I'm sorry we can't deal with you any more , we will refund your money to the PP account you paid from it, We can't take a risk with transferring the money from our Pp account to your PP.

If you accept this please submit a ticket, and our staff will refund the payments!

You can PM any member here and ask him if i'm right or not.

sending my money back after you make me loose all my domains???

so in any case you don't want to help and you want only your clients to lose they money and business ???

YOU KNOW THAT I HAVE TO PAY 400$ NOW TO RECOVER MY DOMAINS BECAUSE I TRUST YOU AND YOU DON'T WANT TO SEND THE REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT THAT I CAN USE THE MONEY TO TAKE MY DOMAINS BACK?????!!!!!
