Most of the bitching in here relates to common issues associated with people who dont know what the F*** they are doing. As i said, i suggest you get educated. Its not your hosts problem that you dont know how to administer your own site. Its your fault. Again, GET EDUCATED and stop bitching about everything. Move forward, watch a YT video and learn!

The only responsibility of the host is to keep the server online. Thats it! The rest is your own responsibility. If you cant manage it GET OUT! Stop your complaining, your filling up the thread with stupid comments (not necessary). Keep your ticket BS to yourself, dont like the host CANCEL THE SERVICE. Even so, i bet if you go somewhere else you will still be bitching via the ticket system because you dont know what your doing. PERIOD! It doesnt matter where you go the truth is unless you GET EDUCATED ON HOW TO MANAGE YOU SITE your going to keep bitching like a little girl because you "DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING".

I want to rate your comment as a 100% percent most of the tickets we receive in our system because of the following,

1- Hi staff , Can you please help me installing my wordpress inside my website ?
2- Hi staff, I've a problem with uploading my addons it's size a 15 MB and i can't upload it because my wordpress site says i can upload only files with 2MB only.
3- Hi staff, Can you please help me to choose my theme ?
4- Hi staff, Why i can't login to my cpanel ?


We still answer all client's with useful tutorials and lessons to help them setting up their websites.

Here is my questions for you,


1- Did you tried or purchased one of our web hosting packages ?
2- Did you know there alot of client's are using our services without any issues ?
3- Most of comments are complaining about installing, and helping with increasing the php or upload or memory size. ( And we do help our client's with that without any problem ).
4- Most of comments here are repeated from a few client's they are complaining about simple things anyone can install it with one click ?!
5- Did you worked as a web hosting support before or do you know anything about sales ?




Here is the problem ,

A few of our client's thinks if they posted in BBHF they will force us to answer fast in less than 1 minute within support tickets while we are helping other client's to setup their websites and we already have an instant system and we currently have a ZERO tickets now as we don't allow tickets to stay more than one day without answer.

They submit a ticket and also ask his question here at the forums and thinks we can help them here at a public forum we use for our sales and orders.

We help our client's consistently within the clientarea and we fix all issues instantly.

You need to ask first our client's that they don't post any things here in public and use only the tickets center if they have any issues.

I want to let you know something important,

Most of our client's know how to manage their websites and we didn't receive a single ticket from them until the date i wrote me comment here to you.

We help our client's to fix things they should know and this is not the web hosting responsibility !

I hope before you comment please ask yourself these questions and not answer on something you don't have an experience with it.

This is my advise but if you want to keep answering people here instead of us , So you should answer in others BSO threads too, As i think you know everything here.

I apologize for this mistake we have fixed this issues immediately it was due to an update with cpanel API that prevents our system from activating orders through the main server automatically.

I've sent you a PM with details with all information.

May I know about your Master Reseller Hosting and Alpha Reseller Hosting.
I have 2 questions before consider signing to any plan above.

Question 1: How many cPanel accounts can we create?
Question 2: I heard cPanel is raising the pricing of each cPanel, so, if I create 200++ cPanel accounts, do you charge any fee for that? If yes, any guidelines for future fees?
