Our staff answered it please review your ticket again and try to uninstall any plugin cause high cpu.
Frequently questions about cpu usage asked from one of our client's and we wanted to share it here with others.


1.) What is a "High CPU?" at your service?

* Every server have a cpu cores and threads , Every website has a limit to get a number of cpu process and Entry process , once exceeded you have to upgrade your services to a VPS .

2.) How do I find out this info, if even the CPU stats on your servers on my CPanels are disabled?
"Resource Usage monitoring disabled, please contact hoster"

You can get these information inside your WHM reseller, Now the cp stats is enabled if you want to check it!

3.) What happened to a common courtesy to at least send me a Warning so I can investigate what's going on Before you simply suspend my site?

We already want always to do this step , But in some cases we can't wait because some of websites is using a high load of cpu and this needs an urgent solution from us, I'm sure you don't want the same to be happened to your websites, If you were in the other client's side.

We don't have a single downtime since 1 year and our servers works great, Some folks from BBHF was have an issues with their own websites and our hosting doesn't have anything to do with it,

But the great news here, Our services is stable and the uptime is great.

You can go ahead and i give you my word everything is safe and perfect.
