First of all, why would I spam your sales offer? This is plain misunderstanding. My messages in this thread was relevant to the topic and asking your support. There was no spamming what so ever.
Firstly, it would have been really helpful if you visited your website to make sure that you had live chat available before saying I was lying. Here are screenshots of your website showing there is no live chat, not in home page, not in contact page. There is no link in contact page Live chat. I have checked in both FireFox and Chrome, so not a browser issue. Why should I lie about having no chat? I was merely asking for your help and checking if the chat was available or not.
Secondly, my support ticket was just answered from - here is the ticket number for you to check - #474728. You could have cared to ask me a simple message to see if I was your customer or not!
Clearly disappointed with the jump to conclusion to say I am lying without even waiting to check the fact!

We added it recently to our homepage, to make it easier for our clients for communications

oh dear! you could honestly admit that the live chat was off and it was turned on now - which is the truth isn't it? - anyhow I am not here to argue. You wanted to teach me about professional hosting, just read what you have posted a few minutes back, about saying live chat in homepage is not professional and professional hosting companies do not add it etc and in this post you just stepped it up saying you just added it for ease of communication for clients!
I wanted to do long term business with you, here you are failing to admit a simple case. Think we started off on the wrong foot.

When our agents be online the livechat appears in both clientarea + homepage if they are offline the livechat widget disappears , you mis alot of information about how to manage a web hosting company, you don't have the right to judge something we see is right, we won't do anything wrong or bad to our hosting.
This is not your business to judge, there are many of webhosting every where you can go and tell them the same words, we have many BBHF clients hosted on our servers keep your advice to your self and stop this spam to our bso thread

I don't see any problem with his posts, it's normal, I think you make it so serious. And although I bought reseller hosting but I couldn't access the live chat, nothing happen when I click live chat box
