i second that

you suspended my account this morning about 13 hours ago no email no notice nothing. been a customer for almost 3 months no issues what so ever sent multiple support tickets sent you a pm and skype ans still nothing. you caused my sites not just 1 but 6 sites to go down. lucky for me i have backup hosting to save me from issues like that. 2 of those are for 2 clients i have who own a legit business offline. this is not good support. please get back to me ASAP

same here, i had twice upgrade with them, but still they say's my site take CPU resource, and advice to upgrade,

i had cooperate to take my plugin earlier, but still they unsuspend my site again. its seem they just want us to always upgrade to make more sales..

i hate host like this..

C'mon people.
You have to know that these people are available on Skype or tickets just when they have to upsell you with the larger package, and they can terminate your account with no notification whatsoever.
After you lose your mind and ask for refund be ready to wait for a dispute to be resolved in your favor. I hope you used PayPal because you will not see any money coming out of their pocket.
If you are ready your sites to be down for 10 or more hours daily and to loose your hard earned authority, then take your shot.
This is the most bad service I have ever seen in my life.
There is only 2 people working there. So they can't provide services and resolve tickets on time. PERIOD.
