Looks like some folks here have the impression that you are always monitoring the forum 24/7 - and that seems unlikely given how much time your business must require of you.
You may wish to remind folks here *regularly* of the best way to reach you for support.
Most hosting providers that I've ever used see tickets posted via their main site or support emails 1st - and they only visit forums when they have free time not demanded by their business work.
