We just placed our offer here , But following seems to be hard and against our TOS.
We are just going round and round in circles. I message support - I get no reply. I message here you tell me to message support. I message support "Michaeal" asks me for my details. I give "micheal" the details then communication stops. Then I come here and write here, you tell me to PM. You PM me back and then ask me for more info. I PM you back. Then nothing. So I write here and then tell me to message support again.
Anyone would think that you don't give refunds! However thats not the case so what is going on buddy? Why can't you just press the button as promised!
