Issue: FREE Unlimited SSL Certificates
Why did the free SSL certificates not show soon after the DNS pointed to the x3host server?
Even using Sofataculous to install the WP with https:// or http://www.
Hi,
I purchased Unlimited Reseller hosting which includes Free WHMCS and Blasta. How to get those softwares? So that, I can re-brand for resell cPanel accounts.

Best Regards
Are you going to fix my ticket 895120 or not?
It's been more than 1 month now..
You just keep on saying you'll get it fix but nothing to show..
I purchased reseller hosting yesterday. Still domain not working. Ticket: #220111
I've tried to be nice, even took a chance and renewed another year because its so cheap.

But my sites go down or are not accessible often. now it just gets worse. They fix one problem more arise. Recently their WHM and CPanel licensing was expired locked out. Now all sites have been down getting a 502 Bad Gateway error - all on their end.
Sadly, it is highly unlikely that there will be satisfaction from this service.
The OP keeps insisting how good things are to sort of bury the complaints down the thread, but since that is not working it seems most likely that the folks who paid for this will just get ignored (as they have been).

When I moved my domain away from this provider I told him I'd continue to monitor his service at least until my services with him expired - and what response did I get ??
None. Zero.

There are cultural and language problems at work here - and that is the most kind thing I am able to say because otherwise I would have to remark that this level of incompetence is very seldom accidental.
This is how short-term hosting providers do things quite often.

Good enough for them - but not good for us, the customers.

Then they play 'victim' and whine about how unfair it is to them.

I very quietly watched the 502 errors pile up daily for most of a year while the OP insisted that 'all was well'.

Sorry OP - I have documented PROOF - no matter what kind of nonsense you say here.
It's a dam shame they need to be shut down, all they are doing is taking advantage of members here hiding behind there cheap/low cost service. I tried to warn everyone about how their service sucks but no one listened. In this case you get what you pay for, at YOUR OWN RISK!!!! PEACE
Sadly, when there are bad providers they usually shut themselves down as their final act.

It is a very old con, just modified to fit the hosting scenario...

Make a great offer - keep it good for a while to get lots of paying customers - let it go bad and make sure to have control of as many assets as possible so as to cause as much trouble as can be made.

Then they usually arrange to have their services vandalized somehow so as to blame somebody else who is usually made-up.

After that the service vanishes, taking all that it can with it - especially whatever funds are left - and the one who did it usually does this again with a different name after some time has passed and they need more funds again.

Is this service doing some variation of that ??
We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

In the meantime, anyone having data on this provider's service would do well to make sure they have a current backup and do whatever they must to protect any domain that this hoster registered for them;
Be warned - it is not so easy to move your domains away from this provider.

Just FYI:
There is at least one other very good hosting offer listed at this forum, but it costs a bit more than this one does.
