Again you seem don't have any experience yet with hosting and servers, the downtime with this clients from the control panel itself, The main node we mange doesn't have this downtime yet also our main company x3host are running on this server, so how this downtime happens ? also do you know which service this client have with us ?

Dedicated server, Vps hosting, Reseller or shared ?

Let me ask you this question since I have service with you. Infact I have three shared hostings and three VPSes.

Tell me why my sites have Downtime.
I put in a ticket 3 days ago , i did get a ans the same day but they did not fix as of yet. It says account is suspended why is that never had that problem with other host

This is their unique support that no one gives you.

Actually they think that running a website is a game nothing else.

Dont expect anything positive from them, raise paymemt dispute against them.

This offer still available until now, If you want to upgrade to master reseller hosting you can do that any time through our client area, ( You will pay $20 for the upgrade only )

We can provide a WHMCS template for our members only that costs $89 for free , We helped many clients already and gave them this template for free.

You are totally wrong here, I m using sentora panel and you blame that panel everytime.

For your kind information I am using the same panel on ten of my other vps service. No one has any kind of problem. No one has any downtime at all.

Only your server has downtime.

This is the lagging point of your company that instead of finding the root cause you people always blame others.

Also, what about downtime of shared hosting. In the shared hosting the panel is cpanel and that is totally configured by you. This hosting also has daily downtime. Now will you say that Cpanel is also bad.
Meybe the answer for such a big server downtime lies in running a nulled version of cPanel.

Yeah .. I just logged into WHM for my X3 Host account and guess what I was greeted with.

CPANEL LICENSE ACTIVATION - Cannot Read License File
To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.

If you do not currently own a license, register at the cPanel Store and request a trial license in the Free Services section.

You can purchase or lease a license directly from cPanel, or from one of our Partners.

After you successfully activate the license, reload the page and the message will no longer display.
