I check using this site https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and the result was BIG ZERO

I create report from https://intodns.com/

The result is
Mismatched NS records WARNING: One or more of your nameservers did not return any of your NS records.

Error DNS servers responded ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are: 96.9.241.179 172.93.146.2

Multiple Nameservers ERROR: Looks like you have less than 2 nameservers. According to RFC2182 section 5 you must have at least 3 nameservers, and no more than 7. Having 2 nameservers is also ok by me.

Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers You should already know that your NS records at your nameservers are missing, so here it is again:

ns1.xxxxxxxx.com.
ns2.xxxxxxxx.com.

SOA record No valid SOA record came back!

MX Records Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers!


Please Fix this so I can have my site again...
From the looks of that report, it may be that the provider has been forced to switch to another upstream provider - but sort of forgot to notify the paying users ??

Again I must add that some of these problems and errors may be restricted to certain of their locations because the domains I have with them are monitored 24/7 and have not gone down for more than a few minutes lately.

Of course all those in need of help are waiting for the seller to show up and get things fixed and right now it looks like he is off doing other things ?!?

Worst service I ever had. never got a refund buyer beware.
All locations is working great without no issues,

The only issue we have now it's with the Kansas City... Due to changes in our DC and improvements .

When will the Kansas City server up and running??
Paid for more than 24 hours and no setup details being provided. Emailed and PM'd. No results. I am starting to worry about getting my money back. Can't trust to put any site on this kind of service.

Hello Micheal , i need you to check the latest update of the ticket i've submitted , thank you , i need my vps to be synced with the command ntpdate 0.north-america.pool.ntp.org 1.north-america.pool.ntp.org 2.north-america.pool.ntp.org 3.north-america.pool.ntp.org

but only the sysadmin can do it , my business is off until it's done so i can use aws services linked with my hosting (its been more than 72 hours without doing any business)
