Well, I decided enough of all this Alpha reselling and decided to get my own servers just like you but provide a better service and a powerful server than can handle a lot of processes rather than relying on someone replying to tickets once every 24 hrs. I do have a few of your old clients on our servers now quite happy and with Live chat support as well. And I am so glad I went this way rather than relying on others.
And trust me I did try yours but had memory errors and server errors, thats when you tried to switch me to another server which had problems and switch me again when I decided enough was enough. So I am not posting any false information. You can check all the support tickets and the chain of events and you claimed you installed WHMCS but never even gave me any login info even I asked for it. It is all there in the tickets. Besides I dont understand how anyone can give away free WHMCS without it being a NULLED version as WHMCS requires every one to pay a monthly fee.
Anyways good luck with your service. Hope you can service the clients well.

Can you post the history of the servers and how long its been up rather than currently if its up or not? I am sure its working and doing well now.

This is from my own experience. And this is not for billing or refunds, this is for issues I had. 1 answer will be answered while you are there, but the next answer will be 24 hrs later. I was frustrated. You can check the tickets. Please dont make me post screenshots here to prove that.
Your memory when you set me up had 16GB of RAM and I questioned it and you said dont worry.
So if you think I am posting false info, do you want me to prove it by screenshots?
Anyways I await the refunds. Its been 3 LOOOOONG WEEKS apart from the run around you have given thus far and excuses that your billing works only Wed to Friday which I think is BS anyhow.
If you cant even issue refunds in WHMCS which is automatic anyway, why ask to dispute in Paypal to get a refund is beyond me.
We can take this to PM if you like as I dont want to ruin your thread. But you started it ....
