I'v seen here and on several of the OP's other threads that there are folks who are very unhappy (and extremely repetitive...) in trying to make others see their unhappiness - so I must say this in order to be very clear:
I am generally satisfied with what I've gotten from X3Host and do NOT wish to be counted amongst those unhappy folks !!
I have gotten this service to assess its quality with no specific expectations - whether it turns out good or bad I shall say so honestly.
My domain and site are presently unreachable "Address Not Found" is all I get right now...and I'll know the minute that this comes back online.
As to making a review of the X3 hosting:
Mine has been up more than down for several months - it is monitored 24/7 to see how reliable this service can be.
By way of contrast:
I am not wild about how their (included) domain reg. works though.
The domain I got is not 100% fully registered to me;
Therefore if I desire to move it with another registrar I must try to get cooperation from the X3 support - this is troubling.
Now, seeing their flash sale:
Quote:.Net Domain Name for $7/Year
Makes me wonder 2 things:
1 - Is that pricing for only 1 year - or recurring - or able to be used for several years up front ??
2 - When someone gets this deal - are they able to manage or move the domain on their own, 100% without needing
any contact with X3 support ??
Having full, unrestricted access and control over one's domains is HUGELY IMPORTANT !!!
Without having such abilities, the domain remains someone else's property, so it can be lost without warning - which is not acceptable.

Thanks for your feedback you always say the truth here,
About your questions please let me answer them :
1 - Is that pricing for only 1 year - or recurring - or able to be used for several years up front ??
* Yes It's a recurring price and you can use it for several years if you purchased more than one year!
2 - When someone gets this deal - are they able to manage or move the domain on their own, 100% without needing
any contact with X3 support ??
* Yes any one got these deals will be able to manage their domain names inside our clientarea and get the EPP code without asking the support staff.

Thank You for responding so well and clearly FreeBlackHat.
A further query, please:
When someone gets the domain here, are they also able to point it - 100% on their own - to any hosting they may have outside of your services ??
