this x3host isn't responding to my tickets or chat and it's been almost 72hours.
i'm on their unlimited hosting package but their php.ini upload limit is set very low.
so much for unlimited. I hope they increase and get my request resolve otherwise i would not support this hosting.
@queenadreena, I'm afraid you misunderstood X3's use of the word "unlimited".

As @FreeBlackHat explained a couple of weeks ago in a post that he subsequently deleted, the X3 service is "unlimited" but "nothing is unlimited".

I hope that clears things up for you.

(And I hope that more public shaming of this awful BSO results in some action by X3 to respond to your support requests.)
Oh, I could not agree with you @sihowells ...

I am very pleased with their service.
Something like that I have never seen anywhere, anytime...

Out of 11 days on their servers I could use my website only one (1) day…

I have been waiting for refund since early November last year ...

Every time I sent ticket, they reply promptly and do nothing ....

Isn't it outstanding?

You can wait, or fix this yourself.. not too difficult, actually.

1. Get into your cPanel
2. Find and click on the "Select Php Version" tool
3. Once in, over on the right hand side, there is a link "Switch to Php Options", click on it
4. Choose the required file size for "upload_max_file_size" and click "Apply"
5. Click "Save"
