YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW HOSTING WORKS.

YOUR SITE WASN'T DOWN. WE JUST BLOCKED YOUR UPTIME MONITOR SERVICE RANDOMLY FOR 83 MINUTES.

ALL THE SITES ON ALL OUR SERVERS ARE RUNNING GREAT. WE HAVE MUCH FASTER AND MORE RELIABLE SERVERS THAN GOOGLE OR AMAZON. WE HAVE SEVERAL GALAXIES FULL OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

AND OUR OFFERS ARE STILL OPEN FOR A LIMITED TIME.

As you can see guys here, cpanel software has added great features with their latest updates. We appreciate the hard work of cpanel staff.

You are right, But there are only a down on our phoenix location this morning because of the forced cpanel updates , All other locations are working great ! ( You only hosted on The phoenix, AZ and Germany ) and the Germany location for windows server are working great. with %100 uptime.

You won't get a certificate for what you said right now.

My site - you know, the one I don't have with you - was down for 3 hours, 34 minutes and 21 seconds today. Or did you block the uptime pings to my non-existent site again?

And if you didn't know there would be downtime, (a) what function do you actually perform, and (b) why the fuck are you not apologising to your customers instead of whining like a bitch about the imaginary 100% uptime of the Commodore 64 in your bedroom?

I don't know what he is talking about they downgraded c-panel and the are no softaculous -License Inactive.... "Your license is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software."

Its been like that for over a week now, i put in a ticket they are just getting back to me but they act like they don't know what i am talking about
