Every time I've needed to contact this provider since I got this they have responded well and quickly - SO FAR.

Most of the posts in this thread (pages 1-3...) are quite old and it has been revived by vengeful, angry posting about stuff that happened a year or more ago with just a single present complaint.

This provider presently offers a 60-day money back trial and frankly if it turns bad and they do not refund as promised, a chargeback is always possible - so I am trying it out without the worrying.
That thread is about a year old, and from what I have seen with this provider thus far, they have turned their troubles around and are making good with their existing clients and communicating quickly if/when there is any sort of problem.

It simply CANNOT be that I am the only poster here who has given these folks a chance to show they have improved - I refuse to accept that !!

It would be good if others who are NOT having problems with their services would also jump in here with some positive FB !?!

I have posted at least 50 bad comment's for this BSO here because they didn't perform well and I was pissed off.
But if you have given them a second chance, and so did I. EVERYBODY DESERVES IT.
I hope they will make it right this time.
And I will post my most honest review here as soon as I get enough data for you.
For now, I would say I see some improvements but I'm not going to say it out loud as this is the early stage of their resurrection.

Many business owners are trust us, and they are running their websites with great speed and performance and hope you will have the same.
I MOVED ALL MY SITES ELSEWHERE some time ago... I do not know how he is working it now.... but it caused me some problemes.... but at the same time.... for the price... what would you expect????

Muzik are you joking? Unless they have given you money otherwise it does not make sense. Please do not mislead other members in this forum by promoting their lies as if they have resurrected. These guys have proven they do not know how to run hosting company. I am in the business and I know how this business work. If nothing else their support team stinks.

I didn't receive any payment from this people nor I asked for it. If anyone was against their late responses that happened earlier it was me and @Sihowells. But as I see these people are too anxious to survive here I decided to give them a chance to survive and make it right this time.
And Trust me on this.
If they ever make one single mistake I will post here and that will be the last from me.
I'll even get some domains like X3hostscam.com and some others that I can rank on Goole and make it clear to people to know not to go with them.
I don't love them. But as I said they deserve the second chance and let's see if they will go well this time.
It takes lot's of gut's to reopen a thread after so many baaaaaad comments.
That's why I'll stay put.

I swear this member " Sihowells " doesn't have any account with us.

But as you can there are many respected members here that post a great reviews about us.

Please let me know what is your issue " Please don't tell me about the refund " as you have used the service for a long time, and i'm sure if you were have a single issue you will ask for a refund on the first 30 days of using the services.

Any way, More and more clients we will contact them today to post their honest reviews here.

Don't forget to tell us " what is your issue with our hosting " And post a screenshot from your side.

1 week for support tickets to be responded to as an average.... couldn´t wait all that time... moved on to another provider...

We don't have any pending tickets for now, Our support staff response always after 5 - 15 minutes on important tickets and maybe 30 minutes on medium tickets.

It amazes me to see some folks here so determined to tear down another member...

OK, if you had bad services in the past, sure - by all means say so - but what's with the over and over and over again stuff all posted AGAINST this member ?!?

Aside of all that, all this badmouthing is telling the 100% opposite story of my own experiences with this service for some weeks now - so it was bad before I guess, but lately it is working fine and the few times I needed some help it was given without delay.

Are you folks claiming that you have paid services NOW that are not working with this provider - is that what this is - or is this old grudges just hanging on for the sake of staying angry and having a target to aim at ?!?
