i'm waiting for 3 months now to get my sites working and nothing,i need to transfer my domain away from you because you F****** ruin my websites and my business....i hope that this will happen to you too,to see how it is!!!

Do you actually want me to post the ticket info here about what you said in the ticket? Because you are claiming I am providing false info. I dont think you want that. If only you were prompt enough to give a refund like you were quick enough to take the money, none of this would have happened. Think about it, it is your own doing thats causing you to defend yourself. Why dont you just do the process and get it over with? Do clients actually have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund?

I think all the recent posts by unsatisfied clients speaks about your service despite you claiming that everything is fantastic and uptime is 100%.

BS: Kansas still working great. but currently we don't accept orders inside the Kansas City. Because of the high volume of requests everyday inside this location.

[PS: The servers do not get down at all now. The support is really good and helpful. Must try if you are looking for hosting services.]
