Well, I did lose my nerves when I asked for a very simple thing from them. And that was please enable gzip compression. It was 12 days negotiation until they actually did it. 2 clicks=done=12 days.

You accepted our tos once you have joined our hosting, We can't talk any more with you here, We have our clientarea or you can send your issue directly to our billing staff: Billing@x3host.com as you have used our services more than 1 month so there is no any refunds. and we win the dispute through paypal.
Our uptime is 100% but your own linux vps was down because of many issues we provided before .
Today we will run our own uptime services so we can post prof here all the time about the uptime : )

When you were a client with us we have GUIDED you to the way of enabling Gzip within your cpanel manually but you didn't know what is Php Selector or cloudlinux is, But we were friendly with you, And our staff helped you alot.
anyway if you still need our help we will do it even if you are not a client with us.
