Great question,

The difference between cpu and Bandwidth is , the cpu cores and entry process, and the related to cpu things is different than the bandwidth that's related to the network traffic and visitors.

High cpu code be happened due to , an error with a plugin , or the plugin itself is using high cpu and eating the resources so fast.

So eating the cpu code be used from both plugins and visitors, but we have a websites that received a millions of visitors without any issues. But if you hav a plugin that resources and cpu and your website is receiving the same amount of visitors this maybe lead a down in the main server. or a down in your website itself if the server is using the cloudlinux technology.

I hope i answered the question very well..

I think I get more info on Google search.
To save everyone time.

Generally, CPU abuse can be a few things - Run any sort of CPU intensive script or software that impacts the quality of service to other customers for an extended period of time.

CPU abuse is a pretty standard term. Consider the perspective of the other site owners on the same shared server - if one site is using up more than a reasonable share of the CPU, there isn't enough for them. On another thread that's been active recently, the consensus seems to be somewhere between 3 and 10% of the CPU. So your second lesson is that your script needs more power than you're likely to find on a shared server, so it's probably time to upgrade to a VPS. The admins of the current host, they're just doing their job.
