so me while ago I purchased a package and want to say some words about my experience with this hosting.
Hope all the interested members will get the answers for the main questions.
First of all I will say : behind x3host is a GREAT support and work to make the hosting greater.
2. It's true that some users can get some problems. I had them as well (the details I will explain below). But the same problems you can get on ANY server.
The most problems are caused by the default server configuration - ANY server, not only this server. But it is the questions that can and will be resolved by the communication with the support of ANY server.
The support on X3host is great, VERY patiently and able to additionaly discover the possible reasons for the problems and solve them with the GREAT RESULTS!
Some problems are not appear on the server side so the team cannot solve something without a close communication with you.
The problems I had (and all of them are successfully solved):
1. The default server configuration didn't allowed some my scripts to work: the team enabled all modules I needed and now all scripts work perfectly.
2. The server firewall blocked some scripts and my own access to the site - the guys solved the problem as well: nothing more blocks my scripts and site.
3. The default memory allocation on the server may cause some problems with the scripts (it was my problem as well) - successfully solved!
Now my site runs like a breeze and I say - I've NEVER SEEN such a performance on the other servers!!!
I say you, guys, if you will have some problems (and it can be only the 3 above) - explain them the the support: they know what to do.
And I myself have learned very mutch about such the problems and how to solve them.
AGAIN: highly recommended!

P.S.: If you don't have access to your site: it can not only be the server firewall but YOUR router/network configuration as well. This problem I had too. But only you can solve it.

Yes you can purchase more than a dedicated ip
We sell one ip at $2/mo
+ also i can confirm you can create unlimited cpanel accounts with different dedicated ips . And ofcourse you will own these dedicated ips. the shared ones will be available to all clients. " you have the ability to change the user ips from shared to dedicated or from dedicated to shared " .

but after communication with the staff, in a personal message on this forum, everything is done properly
member area of their website was inaccessible for a while, it turns out they're doing the update
and now all the problems have been completed

Your prices are outstanding but how will you stay in business ?
I want a reseller account.
I currently have 2 vendors I use.
Enom is used for registration of domain names, and for customer hosting.
Enom gives a website front end so customers can Do It Themselves. So I do not have to do anything other than send them to my enom website.
I use hostgator for hosting my business websites and websites that I personally build for local customers. This allows me to include management and hosting with a bill using PayPal
I do not see where you offer any kind of website to send customers to and let them DIY.
Can you provide both of these functions under one account ?
Will consider after the response.
