I don’t know what “almost 5 to 10 business days” actually means - because it makes no F****** sense, like most of the shit you type - but it seems pretty clear that you should have refunded MUZIK within 10 business days (ie 14 calendar days, unless any public holidays fell within the period in question), not keep him/her waiting for 60 days.

I have been asking for a refund for awhile Over I have asked for a Wordpress friendly host from the very beginning, FreeBlackHat has accommodate in other areas but if I can not build WP sites the hosting service is no good to me. I order a VPS159 package which is your largest package and it is NOT Wordpress friendly. For additional money $90/yr you can make WORDPRESS FRIENDLY.. When you buy the largest Package I expect wordpress friendly hosting especially when I asked for it in the begining. I even asked for a prorated refund via the support center with no luck.
