However, it is easier to check via Intodns whenever their server down for few hrs.

You've got a typo.. it should be findawebhost.net.. not .com.. :D :D :D

Now, I see that the DNS is without any red boxes which is a nice thing to have :)

We have migrated our server in Phoenix ,AZ to a new server.

Our old server was crashes all the time in the previous few days.

Now we have managed to migrated the:

Hard drives, All data to a new server.

Now the issues of server crash that happened twice on the few days has been disappeared and gone forever.

All servers on the other 7 locations are working great without no issues ( No down time ) there.

Our uptime with the Phoenix location was %98 because . Now it's 100% .

We only own findawebhost.net domain name.

We don't own the .com tld domain name.

So if you have any nameservers on the .com's one you should change it to: findawebhost.net

All tickets answered mean ; We are monitoring and updating the tickets continuously and this not mean we are going to fix anything at the same time because sometimes we wait for our clients update for some important information.

by the way if you have requests this not mean that we have issues with servers .

For the Zamfoo plugin you are mention it. I'll check it from my side. Make sure all will be fixed right now for you.

What is unlimited hosting mean.. ? is it unlimited adding domain in 1 cpanel?
