After you log in to client area got to services click on the reseller hosting product then click on access whm you will find the new link opened for you.

Here is after I click on whm, cpanel, webmail :

Even if the link has change why the hosting account and website also down? How me to do restore?

We already did this since along time, and sent around 10,000 of emails to the clients regarding this,

Any way i'm happy that everything has been solved for you and working fast with you now.
