Servers still down!!! :(
Does this happen often?
I was going to order but came to a blank (internal server error) page....?

Let say, I am with a reseller, it is a bit confusing to me when I read things are related to Windows VPS and so on. Therefore, a review on Windows VPS did not affect my stick with the hosting(Normal user not a reseller).

Check your websites and WHM if you have one. If the server is down, Your sites are down too. If you have CloudFlare or something it will keep your cached sites alive but you can't manage it.

Totally wrong. All my site never down since the first day.
For the past few days, I have problems with some technical things and all solved by the support within 24 hrs whenever I opened a ticket.

I think server down affected certain locations.

That makes sense. But maybe if they have more locations.
Otherwise, the one that is going through a reboot, or whatever cause it's down, all the sites on this location will be down in the process.

For those whose websites were down..
Looks to me like they have changed the server's IP address from X.X.92.85 to X.X.92.78

So.. if you're like me and use cloudflare (or any other external DNS) as your NS, then you'll have to edit your A records in your DNS.

Once you've changed them, then your site should be up.. at least mine are.. after doing this.

Strange why they have to do this, though.. and not informing us about it..

Thanks guys we have changed the main server ip in Phoenix ,AZ.

The reason is : the ip that ends with ..85 is blacklisted and many of our clients can't send emails so we have changed the ip to ..78 and now all of our clients can send emails directly to inbox.

Nothing were down. but the change of the ip was so important to us. and this doesn't take only 1 second. But i can see many of our clients hosted on this server their networks/IP's has affected with this change.

We still have the 100% Uptime.

This update doesn't affect the other clietns hosted on the other locations in , New York, Kansas City, Netherlands, Germany, France and SG.

mywebsite.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
I don't want to ruin your BSO but this is what happened and that was holding me back to purchase again.

Please try now to order... I think the ip has been resolved with all networks now.
