Nope , I don't main to be rude but our PP is used only for receiving money not sending it's a risk...
Nothing lost you have transferred your domain name to us successfully after fixing the issues with your godaddy and we helped you alot to get this fixed!
Even one of our staff has used your information after your permission to login to your godaddy's control panel and try to unlock the domain name for you!

We will issue the refund only to the Paypal account you have paid us from it!

Our Paypal account can't be used for sending money to clients! also New PP accounts!

We refund any time when our clients request it from us!

As i've said we helped to get everything fixed for you even:

The limitation of your PP account,
The locking of the domain names inside godaddy.

We can't help with these things !

Response time is a bit slow compared with other providers, but I must also say that I am not expecting perfection here - just functional hosting.

I must also add this:
The OP has been very good to me since months ago when I got this service.

Unlike some folks I am not hurrying into this and simply monitoring it for the 1st year to make sure it can be relied upon - which is what I always do with a new provider.

Thus far it has been pretty much as expected except for the oddities mentioned.
My reports here have been and will always be 100% honest whether good or bad.

Suggestion in general:
I have noticed over some years that most folks who have big troubles with hosting services seem to need more learning about using hosting - and the providers are always expected to fix even user errors as a result.

This is why I -only- use reseller hosting for a few sites that I maintain for friends rather than re-selling it - because the work is too demanding otherwise.

If you offered free hosting you will get an instant termination , Our servers can't be used for offering free website and if we see any inactivity or abuse we will take an urgent action against the abuse.

You can create only a test account for anyone , But not a free hosting , There is a difference.

The client who posted a feedback here right now are hosted on the NY location and you are hosted on the Kansas city,

Kansas city DC was have a power issue but it has been fixed since days, This is the only complaint about it!

But in general the server you are using it's a 100% Uptime.

We only issue the refunds to the original PP accounts that we received a payments from it, We don't said we will take you money but we will issue the refund to your Original PP account, Because it's easy for you to open a dispute and we will loose like that .. So we can't this risk.

I'll contact the moderators here about this so they can see what you are posting now..
