I have your service as a reseller, but for now I am just attempting to get my couple sites up and running, BUT have LOTS of issues, yesterday I sent in 2 tickets.I got one message back, but I replied

What exaclty is a common thing? My main site is just the domain, revolutionaryprofits.com, I do not have it configured with a theme, its just the top, then I have addons, I have 4 live sites, and I have a couple sites that I am attempting to get up and configured, whats a good PM for you so were not discussing this out in the open.
