having the same issue with these guys. I signed up with them 4 days ago and my free domain is still yet to be registered. And I did get a ticket response claiming that it was registered??

For example, I cannot acces to my cPanel or to my WHM
for 10 DAYS now, because some person of you staff changed my
password due to a FTP issue and DIDN´T sent me the new password.

Amazing,thing but M. and O. are just circling around for so many days
without giving me that info...

I've checked it now myself and sent the new password also checked the FTP for you and it's working I'll leave there a screenshot as a prof for you.
