In one of those 'un-useful' comments, I have provided you with a ticket number, if you were clearly reading messages, you could have checked the ticket# and by now you would have identified that I am your customer! Thanks for reporting all my messages to moderator - amazing customer service!
I have received your private message, however since the community and moderators have been involved, I am sorry, I no longer wish to communicate with you in private messages. I believe posting messages in this thread is the right thing to do.
I signed up for a re seller account with you to provide services to my clients. The way things are heading, I am afraid there will be a point where things might affect my reputation. Being in the hosting industry for a while, I know there are instances when we need rock solid support and there are no room for arguments like this.
From my very first message to you, I have been professional, trying to help you get more sales. If you read my first message, you can see - I said, I signed up, received the sign-up emails, the account was active and I wanted to contact support for dedicated IP and WHMCS. I have also said that I will leave a proper review once I get to test your services. At no point you were listening, you were clearly after me, blaming me for no reason!
I have nothing against you, I understand that you are trying to build a business. Appreciate your efforts, and all the best to you. However things have clearly disappointed me and I do not wish to be part of a service which does not value me as a customer. Just for these reasons, I am cancelling my reseller account with X3Host.
I hope you understand and respect my decision.

Everything oq12 posted was valid observation. You may not agree, but no reason to say he is spamming your thread. He has been polite, you have been aggressive.
Don't expect everyone that posts here to say things you want to hear. Your answers and attitude to oq12 shines a bad light on you. He is your customer and you start calling him names for no good reason. Maybe you need to get some sleep.
