This looks like an old hardware failure.
If changed to a new hardware would be good.
last year, it was disappointing that i left the sites alone until now it prompted for a renewal...as i checked uptime robot, it was fine for more then 6 mths... until now its happening again... i guess i will not be renewing at all. pls removed my details and account when you are able to. pm me for details if able.

I lost my money with this bullshit hosting too. Don't hope to get your money back
We apologize for the troubles caused because of the hardware failure we managed to fix this issue with our DC and everything is working with our Phoenix, AZ .

We do apologize again.. Please let me know if you have any questions..

This is the first time for our Phoenix ,AZ server to have the hardware failure and we have replaced the ram with another fast one ,

There are a big difference between the last year and now.

Now We have more than 7 locations

And the Phoenix ,AZ one of these locations.

Only 10% of our clients hosted on the Phoenix server.

Please be careful when you write anything here in BBHF.

Our current clients only can post reviews...

What we have done today?

We have replaced all blacklisted IP's with cleaned IP's so our clients can send directly to inbox. ( If the message not reached to the inbox folder ) make sure that the gmail filter is count your domain name as spam.!! It's important to read about this, you can google it.

We have Answered all of our clients tickets, No pending tickets.

All orders has an instant activation . Also we checked all activated orders manually and all is ok.

The Uptime today was not great because of the conflict with changing the ip, and the new ip's affected with more down time on many locations but now we managed to fix it immediately with opening the UDP port .

We have added yesterday many VPS's packages because of the BBHF members requests.

We have replaced the hardware failure that takes a long time ( New Server Ram )..

PS: Server failure is happening every where all hosting companies has a failure with their hardware. We have tried to fix it fast because we care about our clients,

Many companies take a week to fix it we fixed it in just a couple of hours...
