I think the history keeps repeating here. What's going on?
Can somebody do a review, please?
Are their servers UP or Down?
How's the ticket response?
Has anyone received a Refund after asking for it or it's the old story AGAIN?
I was planning to purchase (again) but these latest posts are starting to hold me back.

I was planning to purchase (again) but these latest posts are starting to hold me back.

No refund - you will not get a refund. All he does is ask you to submit to support (which is him as "micheal" and then they ask you for your details and then you dont get a refund so you follow up 8 times and then he does not respond - so you come here and PM him and he asks for your details but then nothing, so you post here politely and he tells you no the domains cost money. My domain did not even work that was the main reason i wanted a refund, then after this ridiculous cycle that goes on and on and on plus the poor uptime I had to ask anyway.

Its not just me its many others on here.

It was the same thing before for the support and refund too. They had lot's of downtime, problems with support with avoiding the direct questions and telling me not to post here too.
Then, myself, @sihowells and some other members were pissed off at this people but I was thinking to give it some time to see what happen's and maybe they will improve their services.
I was about to give them a second chance but obviously not I guess.

It was the same thing before for the support and refund too. They had lot's of downtime, problems with support with avoiding the direct questions and telling me not to post here too.
Then, myself, @sihowells and some other members were pissed off at this people but I was thinking to give it some time to see what happen's and maybe they will improve their services.
I was about to give them a second chance but obviously not I guess.

I dont expect much for $15 - the downtime is expected at such a price. I dont expect fast support either 24 hours is fine but what i do expect is a working domain and as that is not possible a simple refund, no hard feelings

I dont expect to have so much issue with a refund for something that did not work
And was not fixed.

Then to threaten to report other members who simply want the same thing to moderators shows someone who is not showing the standard of behaviour and
Code of conduct BBHF follows.

If he just followed these simple guidelines we would just say it wasnt suitable for us
But we got a refund and hes a legit guy and easy to deal with.

Just testing my patience because i hate it to see people act this way ☹️

I hope he will press couple PP buttons and get you the refund as you asked. It's that easy. And after so many bad reviews from before, I think this is their last chance. They or HE better do something about it. Otherwise, I know it's not much to expect for the price but at least if he claims 100% Uptime,- He shouldn't. Just be honest with people and tell them what services you are capable of providing and all of us will understand and no one would even complain here.
As I think we all complained about dishonesty and misleading instead of the services provided for the price we pay.

Our hosting services has improved now than before..

The Kansas city Issues has been fixed, there was an issues with the power but now everything has been fixed since along time.
