Hmm... If you've already processed @TheNexus's refund (and presumably therefore closed his/her account), why would you be offering to extend his/her service by two months?

They don't know how to migrate 4 sites.
They even don't want to give me my files, so I cam migrate the sites all by myself.
After a lot of Tickets, Requests and PM on BBHF their staff was online on skype yesterday and promised me that my problem will resolve in short time.
But..... You can see how good/worst their support is (no reply since 24 hours)

I requested to unlock my domain to transer it to another registrar. The support says they have unlocked the domain but the new registrar said domain transfer cant be started because your domain is locked.
When you contacted them with all your question they just answer in ne sentence which is not appropriate.
they have disable their live chat feature which sucks.
there are not much supporting articles on their website to help users.
they cant even hire representative for their support.
Their interface is bit different and we have very les control on managing our own domain.

You need to wait an update from our staff as your issues are some different and need a time , But i'm sure our staff will help you fixing your issues

the host so easily and oftenly internal server error, and also i get several time suspended on this 4 month. the support was vaery slow, every once a day reply and also with one sentence. i think they don't have any staff. just the owner itself. im holding back to use to upgrade to their VPS now.., very not recommended..(sorry x3hosting i hate to say this but this is true). i have tired contacting you , wait one day, and 3-5 day again, they will problem with the host..write ticket wait another day..,not working i must wait another day. im tired with your support right now
