The member want s to send the money to a new pp account not the account he send the money from it!

But anyway , I'll send him the money to a new PP and i would take the risk Because as i can see no one can stop him of posting spam in our BSO thread!

But i've talked with the moderators and advised me to only issue the refund not sending the money to a new paypal account!

If you tried our services you won't say these words.

Until now we don't have any issues with out services.
I am simply asking for my refund to be processed. That is all. Just looked at my mail and it seems that 8 messages have been exchanged with "Micheal" but still no refund.

I understand you are busy but he has asked me for the transaction id and PayPal information - then disappeared.

It is a simple request - please can you honor it. Please do not say contact support because he does not respond. Can you not just login to paypal and do the refund!

This is a waste of my time and a waste of your time! I am trying to be polite and civil here so lets sort it out and we can go our seperate ways. Thanks :)

The freebies uploaded directly on our main server that have a 100 % of uptime, I send you a pm because all i can see that you are trying to post something is not related about our hosting,

All links are working great... and this is not something we should talk about it here as it's not directly related to the services here..

We have +8 of location around the world all of these servers are working great!

Ofcourse i'm not going to send a pm again after i see your replies like that here.. as you are not a client with us I should ignore all what said here . Thanks any way!

We have a staff and support center if you need any help just submit a ticket and we can work there on your request but in public it's not going to be fixed .

Make sure :

Registering the domain name will be deducted from the refund,

The domain name registration costs 10.99$ If one of our clients needs a refund we deduct the cost of the domain name....

As we said before we don't earn anything from domain names we want only to give the best to our clients.

This is an absolute joke - the domain did not even work. You failed to fix it - it still does not work.

I have filed a paypal dispute and I will get my money back that way. I have tried to be civil and polite but you are not working in a professional way at all.

All you are doing is posting and repeating the same thing over and over and over
again about how amazing the service is and you have no support tickets.

You don't answer the support tickets and the service is unreliable even for low-level unimportant sites.

It says it all about your attitude to business when you are willing to treat the forum members in such a way over such a small sum of money $15.

Is the reptutation of this business not worth $15? It certainly seems like that it is not.

As for reporting other members to the moderators, it is you who needs to be reported for your poor attitude and overall dishonesty.

I only had to go public because you do not communicate, you do not respond and the ticket system is totally pointless.

Its not about the $15 its about the way you are taking forum members for fools - totally unacceptable.
