I hosted my site: https://www.drmore.live and it has been hacked. I opened three support tickets regarding the hacking. Till today nothing has been done and i cannot use my site. Its been about 3 weeks now.

We are not responsible about any website got hacked , Your website maybe hacked due to the following reasons:

Nulled Plugin with a virus or Malcious codes.
Installing un known themes,
Uploading a virused script!

You should be able to deactivate all plugins and replace the index.php file with the default wordpress one,

All other client's websites are safe because they all separated from each others due to the cloudlinux technology,

Okay, appreciated. Will again for the 4th time submit a ticket in regards to this. All my files were totally deleted but the status still remains.

I've been waiting for someone to do what they promise to do and to which that is supposed to be included in the 1yrs hosting package, for the past month and still nothing has been done. I got 2 replies from Howard, support staff, but nothing has been done. My problem with these people is that they advertise that you get a free domain name with the purchase of yearly hosting - I paid $18.99 almost 5 weeks ago. Supplied them on sign up with the domain name I wanted after checking it was available, and.........NOTHING!! Wrote to see why, got a message from Howard saying they would secure it immediately, ......NOTHING, wrote again 2 weeks later, again, after checking it was still available, he replied saying they had missed my message and would secure it immediately, again,........NOTHING. I have just written to them again giving them til today, Monday to sort this out otherwise I will report fraudulent activity on the account through paypal and get a refund. Yes, taking people's money under false pretences/not giving that which was paid for, IS FRAUD.

Beware of dealing with this company, I really don't have much hope of them being able to do what they say and, as for them saying that they have '000's of customers, well, if they have these '000's of customers, why are they on a blackhat site giving huge 'discounts' to members here? Surely, at their proper retail prices which they are charging their 000's of customers, they wouldn't need to, would they???

Again, be very aware of possibly being scammed by this poster and try to do your own due diligence before being scammed out of your hard earned money!!

So, yes, you can probably see that I am not impressed in the slightest with how this has been dealt with. I will PM you the details of the domain name. The support ticket number is : #257370
So, @ssdhosting, its now been another 48hrs since I wrote the above and wrote to you via PM and support email and STILL NOTHING from you. You people are just the most useless, ignorant, money grabbing scammers that I have seen on any web forum.

To make a simple reply would be good, to do what i have paid for would be even better. How difficult is it to obtain the chosen domain name upon sign up? I signed up and paid for this (completely sh*t) service over 6 weeks ago and still have nothing to show for the money paid. I'll be writing to paypal and to the admins here. Firstly to get my money returned from paypal and the second (admins) to see if we can get your Bullsh*t BSO cancelled or at least set on pause for the admins to look in to this as you are using this site to scam the members here.
